💵 WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

For local pickups, we are a cash-based business. Cash allows for a simple, immediate exchange at pickup, avoids processing fees and payment delays, reduces the risk of app glitches or failed transfers, and helps ensure a smooth handoff for both parties.

🛍 CAN YOU HOLD FURNITURE? WHAT IF I PAY NOW, CAN I PICK UP AT A LATER DATE?

CAN YOU HOLD AN ITEM? 

All pieces are sold on a first come, first served basis.

We don’t place holds on items. A piece is considered pending only when a firm viewing or pickup appointment is scheduled within a short time window. If someone is interested in a future date, we typically suggest checking back closer to that time, and if the item is still available, we’re happy to schedule then.

IF I PAY NOW, CAN YOU HOLD IT UNTIL ___?

As a general rule, we’re not able to accept payment and hold items for extended periods due to limited storage space. In limited cases, we may be able to accommodate higher-value purchases depending on space and timing, but this isn’t something we’re able to guarantee.

We have a home-based studio and operate locally through Facebook Marketplace (with online shopping options and mailing available for smaller items). We don’t have a traditional storefront, so for privacy and security, our exact address is provided to you once a firm viewing or pickup time is scheduled.

For your consideration and planning purposes, we’re located within one mile of the Venice YMCA (701 Center Rd, Venice, FL 34285), which can be used as a nearby landmark to help you gauge travel distance from your location.

Most people choose to pick up their items, but delivery options are available for larger pieces. We partner with trusted local movers who can provide delivery for an additional fee, with pricing set directly by the movers based on size, distance, availability and ease of access at the delivery location (ex: ground floor vs stairs or elevators).

🎨 DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Custom projects are considered on a limited, case-by-case basis when time and space allow. At this time, we are focused on finishing our current inventory, but we welcome you to reach out to discuss your project and check on availability.
